QUICK EVENT OVERVIEW

The SMALL ARMS MARKSMANSHIP CHALLENGE is an international military marksmanship competition open to active duty, reserve and retired military personnel. The purpose of the challenge is demonstrate the marksmanship skills and physical preparedness of our members, as well as promote the airborne brotherhood and the comradeship among soldiers of different nations. Participants will have the chance to compete with the best combat arms instructors coming from NATO and friendly countries' Armed Forces, increase their level of marksmanship proficiency through competition, and as an extra bonus have the amazing opportunity to earn different official foreign military marksmanship badges.

AWARDS

The European Paratroopers Shooting Lanyard will be awarded to all participants who will successfully qualified. Furthmore a completely unique special awards will be presented such as, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies to honour the 3 best shooters. As an extra bonus during the Small Arms Marksmanship Challenge participants will have the amazing opportunity to earn different official foreign military marksmanship awards, badges, medals and ribbons.

Participants who successfully qualified at the Small Arms Marksmanship Challenge will be awarded with the European Paratroopers Shooting Lanyard.

SA MARKSMANSHIP CHALLENGE TROPHIES

The Small Arms Marksmanship Challenge best three shooters will be awarded trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

FOREIGN MARKSMANSHIP QUALIFICATIONS

During the Small Arms Marksmanship Challenge participants will have the amazing opportunity to conduct foreign marksmanship qualification tests to earn different official military marksmanship badges, medals and ribbons. Please note that each marksmanship qualification test and award will be charged separately. See Paragraph 4 (EXTRA AWARDS) of IMPORTANT INFORMATION. 1. REGULATIONS

Military (active, reserve, retired) persons without age limit can participate.
Participants must wear EPA service uniform or their national military combat uniform (if authorized). Full combat uniform, helmet, plate carrier/ combat vest, belt, tactical holster, magazines pounces and rifle sling are mandatory.
Any civilian clothing and equipment is not allowed.

2. REGISTRATION

Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
The entry fee for the challenge includes a special marksmanship award set features shooting lanyard and diploma, trophies to the first three best shooters, weapons and ammunition to conduct the competition, pre-shooting training and safety briefing.

3. AWARDS

The European Paratroopers Shooting Lanyard will be awarded to all participants who will successfully qualified. Furthmore a completely unique special awards will be presented such as, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies to honour the 3 best shooters.

4. EXTRA AWARDS

As an extra bonus during the Small Arms Marksmanship Challenge participants will have the amazing opportunity to earn different official foreign military marksmanship awards, badges, medals and ribbons. Each marksmanship qualification test and award will be charged separately at a rate of €160 per foreign marksmanship qualification (badge and certificate).

5. DIRECTIONS

Military Training Center, Giugliano in Campania, NA/Italy. Directions will be provided to participants as we get the registration.

6. TRANSPORTS

The nearests international airports are Naples-Capodichino International Airport (NAP) at circa 30 minutes car drive to MTC in Giuliano in Campania and Salerno-Pontecagnano International Airport (QSR) at circa 1 hour and 25 minutes car drive to to MTC in Giuliano in Campania.
We can assist you with transfers from Naples Airport to the training venue and back. Anyway if you choose to fly into Naples or Salerno airports we strongly recommend you to rent a car.

7. ACCOMMODATION

We have a nice hotel very close to the training venue who offer Special Offer to our members. Special Price for European Paratroopers members is 25€ per night per person with breakfast in 4 beds room. If interested to take this offer contact us please. If you prefer a single or double room this will be possible too at regular price. Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

8. FOOD & DRINKS

Meals are available at our partner hotel at special price or locally in Naples area in restaurants, pubs and bars.

9. FREE TIME

Opportunities for sightseeing will be provided to the participants.
