QUICK EVENT OVERVIEW

This year marks an important milestone for the European Paratroopers Association, its 25th anniversary. To celebrate all the success we had over the years we invite you and your families to join us at our 25TH YEARS ANNIVERSARY. The main event of the celebration will be the Dinner & Party, where our members gather together with their families and friends, share memories, experience and look back on all we have done and look forward to all that we can do in the next 25 years.
The Dinner & Party will be held at in Rapla, Estonia, on Saturday, August 22. Tickets are €65.00 per person (EPA Members and their Families) and €75.00 per person (Guests) and the dress is EPA Social Uniform/Class A Uniform (Military personnel) and Semi-Formal/Formal Attire (Civilian personnel). The evening will begin with cocktail hour starting at 6:00 p.m., followed by the dinner at 7:00 p.m. and by the awarding ceremony at 9:00 p.m where the EPA Loyal Service Medal will be presented to the members who have been part of the European Paratroopers for 25, 20, 15, 10 or 5 consecutive years, as recognition of their loyalty and their years with the Association. At the same time the Honor Cross, as well as other internal and international decorations will be awarded to our members or non-members who offered their meritorious service, continuous commitment or financial support to the Association’s activities and operations through the years. The night will continue with charity auction, live music and open bar of drinks to celebrate a quarter of century of success!
We are sure all of you will both enjoy this great event and the cultural and social life of Estonia. Any attendees requiring accommodation are advised to book early.

AWARDS

The EPA Loyal Service Medal is a decoration instituted in 2021 by the EPA President to recognize the members who have been part of the European Paratroopers for 25, 20, 15, 10 or 5 consecutive years, for their loyalty and their years with the Association. The medal comes in three grades (gold, silver and bronze) and has two oak leafs ribbon device for the 25 years and one oak leaf ribbon device for the 20 years of service. During the dinner all EPA members who meet the criteria will receive the Loyal Service Medal as recognition of their loyalty and their years with the Association. The EPA Honor Cross, EPA Merit Cross and more EPA and international decorations will be awarded to our members and non-members who offered their meritorious service, continuous commitment or financial support to the Association’s activities and operations through the years.
