Italian Medical officers awarded EPA medal for fighting COVID-19. The European Paratroopers “For War On Virus” COVID-19 Service Medal was presented to Major General Luigi Lupini, Commander of the Military Red Cross Volunteer Corps and to Colonel Roberto Spremberg, Commander of the Central Italy Military Mobilization Center for exemplary performance in providing medical support as part of the Italian Armed Forces months-long, sustained effort to assist the Italian Government during the critical phases of the covid-19 global pandemic in Italy. The awarding ceremony was held at the National Military Inspectorate Barracks in Rome, which was visited by a delegation of the European Paratroopers Association led by EPA President Giulio Festa on Tuesday, September 8th. |
