We regret to inform you that the European Paratroopers Association suspended its jump season for 60 days due to COVID-19 pandemic. “We had to change our plans, as the World Health Organization formally declared the coronavirus a global pandemic” said EPA President Giulio Festa. The 115TH BASIC AIRBORNE COURSE, the 23RD PARACHUTE RIGGER COURSE and the 133RD PARACHUTE JUMP EXERCISE, which was scheduled to run from April 22-26, has been postponed to May 27-31. Other events will go on as scheduled, for now, but in case of a worst-case scenario, schedule changes may be possible. “This decision has been made out of concern for the health and safety of all our members and staff" President Festa said, "so far only one measure has been effective against the novel coronavirus: extreme social distancing". So now you stay home... and you hold on! SEE YOU SOON ON THE DROP ZONE!!!! AIRBORNE⚡️⚡️⚡️. |
