The European Paratroopers “For War On Virus” COVID-19 Service Medal was presented to Major General Luigi Lupini, Commander of the Military Red Cross Volunteer Corps and to Colonel Roberto Spremberg, Commander of the Central Italy Military Mobilization Center for exemplary performance in providing medical support.
