Giulio Gallera awarded EPA medal.

The European Paratroopers “For War On Virus” COVID-19 Service Medal was presented to the Lombardy Health and Welfare Minister Giulio Gallera for his months-long, sustained effort to fight the virus and assist the population in Lombardy during the critical phases of the covid-19 crisis in Italy.
