EPA's Parachute Packing Course.

On 23-25 April the EPA’s Military Training Center - Airborne Division conducted our 1st Parachute Rigger Course 2014. The course reserved to our members, all previously static-line parachute qualified, focused on the MC1-1C main parachute packing techniques as well to all the aspects related to the building, packing, repair, and maintenance of military parachutes. Our parachute rigger training it's a true military style course designed to train our own parachute riggers to support our airborne events. During the course students received an intensive training in reference to the military standards by our highly qualified parachute rigger instructors. They learned and practices multiple times how to professionally packing SL maine military parachute to a safe standard. After the training all the students were awarded the EPA Rigger Wings, and as an extra bonus, Italian and US Army Rigger wings were awarded to the eligible students by the host Unit’s responsible Training Officers.
